A．JOB PURPOSE

 SUEZ Asia   Management Trainee program is a 3-year program designed to develop SUEZ Asia   own leaders through customized fast track development journey. At end of the program,   management trainees will be assign to key management positions in Asia. The   purpose is to enrich our talent pool and build strong bench strength in our   organization. By recruiting high potential fresh graduates, enhance the   team’s capacity and quality

  We are targeting to   high caliber fresh graduates major in Water/ Waste Management or Chemicals or   Engineering from leading domestic and global leading universities

  Fluent English is mandatory,   and French is plus

  Strong career   aspiration and mobile in Asia is preferred

B．KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – FUNCTIONAL/OPERATIONAL

  Quickly understand SUEZ   business model, organizational structure and culture, market trends,   challenges, customer needs & our key stakeholders

  Master technical   knowledge and know-how in water and waste business

 Develop strong   leadership aligned with SUEZ Leadership Attitudes.



C． KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – CLIENTS (INTERNAL & EXTERNAL)   RELATIONSHIP

  Maintain working   relationship with the business colleagues (team heads, colleagues), through effective   communication and engagement with key stakeholders

  Establish strong   working relationship with external customers and partners (project owners, design   institutions, the third party cooperative partners)

  Maintain effective   communication with global team. Set up professional networks and learn to   leverage group resources to better meet local needs

D．MEASUREMENT /   CRITERIA OF THE POSITION

  Master Degree or   above, major in Water/ Waste Management or Chemicals or Engineering from   leading domestic and global leading universities, with rich social practice   experience will be preferred

  Fluent in Spoken   and Written English, French is a plus

  Global mindset easily   adapts to different culture

  Strong learning   agility

  Strong career   aspiration and mobility in Asia is preferred

  Be able to   communicate with high professional individuals in a reliable and trustworthy   manner

Additional   Information:

The role needs to   travel among Asia and abroad, needs go and work at project site when required
