Control Engineer 自控工程师

Key Role and Responsibility:
The control Engineer is responsible for all deliverables and tasks including program development and site commission at stage of proposal, basic design and detail design for control system including PLC/DCS and/or SCADA (HMI).

Main Accountabilities
Management:
He/she ensures that REX are respected and taken into account in drawing productions.
He/she ensures that discipline software and engineering tools are respected and taken into account in productions.

On project tendering:
He/she returns feedback to Engineering Manager (EM) as input of contract analysis
He/she prepare the proposal document (i.e. control system, control system architecture, technical report, calculations) as per the proposal information note and tender.
He/she prepare the TCT (Technical Comparison Table) as require
He/she participate to the negotiation meeting with The Design Institute / Client when necessary.

On project execution:
He/she returns feedback to Engineering Manager (EM) as input of contract analysis
He/she understanding of HAZOP process and attending technical RISK management workshops
He/she response the control system engineering, i.e. design report, control system architecture, calculations, equipment speciation and datasheets, I/O list, FDS, loop diagram, logic diagram, Cause and Effect diagrams and Functional definition of required Process Control Safety systems, etc.
He/she evaluate the technical offer of automation equipment transferred from purchasing department. Prepare the TCT (Technical Comparison Table) as require.
He/she check and comment the control philosophy prepared by MPH.
He/she coordination with process engineer to accomplish control and interlock loop in PID
He/she prepare the necessary input document to subcontractor/supplier to provide program.
He/she develop the control program of PLC/DCS and or SCADA customization in office.
He/she carries out PLC/DCS program and or SCADA customization commissioning on site.
He/she issue the OM of automation part.
He/she gives technical guidance to Client or subcontractors.

Transversal role:
He/she study and identify the electrical risks and design the required safety equipment according to the specifications.
He/she contribute in company or department transversal activities such as REX, Omega, Engineering tools, etc.

Requirements:

Higher Education in Computerscience (Bachelor).

Be familiar with differentkind of industrial control software (Wonderware System platform etc), be familiar with software configuration and application development.

Be familiar with SCADA commissioning by using Wonderware System platform
